Finsbury Food Group is a leading speciality bakery manufacturer with 10 sites across the UK and Europe, employing 3500 people.
The brief
Finsbury works across retail, foodservice and export markets and is the largest frozen foodservice bakery supplier in the UK. It is also one of the largest premium own-label bakery suppliers in the UK, suppling own labelled bakery products, including sourdough loaves, to supermarket bakeries.
It has licensed partnerships in place with household names including Universal, Disney and Diageo to make branded celebration cakes for all occasions.
Finsbury approached GRA for PR support to raise the profile of the business within trade press.
Our approach
This included drafting thought-leadership commentary, targeting forward features, supporting new product launches, and helping to break key business news such as acquisitions and investment announcements.
Alongside trade press, we also support Finsbury with consumer PR activity on behalf of brands such as Wicked, Swizzles and Nadiya Hussain. This focuses on building retail momentum while driving consumer demand through influencer partnerships, PR box activations and paid social campaigns.
