Founded in 2016 by Dr Louise Hamill, Hamill Homecare was built to deliver consistent, high-quality care at home.
The brief
With a strong clinical-led office team in place, the business was ready to grow. However, their website wasn’t converting enquiries, limiting expansion. They needed professional marketing support to raise awareness, attract new clients and support carer recruitment – without compromising the quality of care, so they reached out to GRA to see if we could help.
Our approach
As a result, leads driven through Google, Meta and other paid channels were falling short, with users dropping off before submitting an enquiry.
This required a two-pronged approach. First, we needed to understand why the website wasn’t converting and address those issues. Second, we needed to build a multichannel marketing strategy that would increase Hamill Homecare’s brand awareness and trust, making it easier for individuals and families actively seeking care to engage and enquire.
Through in-depth analysis of user behaviour, we rebuilt and redesigned the website with SEO, user experience and conversion at its core, creating a strong foundation for growth. With phase one complete, we rolled out a multichannel strategy across organic and paid search, social, PR, and advertising – focused on strengthening brand awareness while driving meaningful enquiries, helping more individuals and families feel confident in choosing Hamill Homecare for their care needs.
