Building a Market-Leading Letting Brand in Glasgow
The client
Rosevale Letting is a Glasgow-based letting agent offering a personalised, hands-on property management service for landlords.
The brief
In 2022, the business approached GRA while operating as Newton Letting with the ambition of undergoing a full rebrand. Following the successful transition to Rosevale Letting, our partnership continued. From late 2024 onwards, the focus shifted to growing brand awareness across Glasgow and generating consistent, high-quality landlord leads through a multi-channel digital marketing strategy.
Our approach
Operating within Glasgow’s highly competitive lettings market meant organic search alone would not deliver early traction. To accelerate momentum, we implemented a dual-channel paid strategy across Meta and Google Ads. Meta Ads leveraged the strong, approachable brand to reach in-market landlords, while Google Ads captured high-intent searches from those actively seeking letting management support.
As Rosevale evolved, so did our strategy. By 2026, the focus shifted towards cementing market leadership and delivering sustained, high-quality lead generation. We continue to deliver a fully integrated approach combining SEO, targeted paid media, engaging organic social content and selected offline activity.
