Vanilla Square is a boutique estate agency in Glasgow’s West End, known for its highly personalised property service.

The brief

As the brand evolved, its website no longer reflected the sleek, modern identity it had grown into. The UI/UX needed to better showcase the quality, attention to detail and professionalism that differentiates Vanilla Square within a competitive property market.

Vanilla Square approached GRA to design & develop a new website that reflected their brand values and positioned them as a luxurious boutique agent.

We focused on clean layouts, refined typography and intuitive navigation, ensuring potential buyers and sellers could browse properties effortlessly and make enquiries with minimal friction.

Every detail was carefully considered so the site felt distinctly “Vanilla Square” across every device, from desktop through to mobile.

Implemented a live property feed integration that automatically updates listings in real time, ensuring the website always displays accurate, up-to-date availability.
Enquiry Process
Simplified the viewing request process, allowing users to request a viewing directly from the property they’re looking at, removing unnecessary steps and friction.
